JSC “RPC” Contact” has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Saratov region and the management company on the implementation of technical and innovation activities on the territory of the special economic zone of the technical and innovation type created on the territories of the Engels, Balakovo municipal districts and the municipal formation “City of Saratov” of the Saratov region.

JSC “RPC” Kontakt “(part of the Radio-electronic cluster on the basis of the SEZ “Almaz” of the Saratov region and is an enterprise of the State Corporation “Rostec”) specializes in the production of powerful vacuum electronic devices for radio broadcasting, television, deep space and satellite communications, radar, accelerator technology. The enterprise has received the status of a resident of the SEZ  “Almaz” and will implement the project “Modernization of existing and creation of new production facilities for the development and production of radio-electronic systems and their components” on the territory of the economic zone. The total estimated volume of investments during the period of the resident’s activity in the SEZ is 337.1 million rubles.
