On July 15, JSC “MC SEZ “Istok” together with the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) held an online seminar on patent analytics.

Maria Vladimirovna Chekadanova, the director of the management company, in her welcoming speech noted the importance of the ability to apply patent analytics tools for organizations engaged in innovative activities.

Reports on the topic of the seminar were made by the head of the FIPS project office Oleg Valeryevich Ena, the deputy head of the FIPS project office Andrey Viktorovich Laenko, the head of the sector of the Center for Technology and Innovation Support (CTIS) Ekaterina Belova. A number of issues related to the practical application and legal aspects of patent research, the features of the structure, functioning and organization of the CTIS were highlighted.

In his closing speech, Ilya Balyko, a specialist of the CTIS of JSC “MC SEZ “Istok”, told about the work and strategic tasks of the Center in the special economic zones “Istok” and “Almaz”, thanked the speakers and participants of the event, drew the attention of the participants that the MC plans to hold a series of joint seminars with FIPS.
